Bottisham intermittent outage

Bottisham intermittent outage We are currently experiencing very short blip from our transit provider to Bottisham and engineers are working with our transit provider to resolve this. Customers will reconnect within a few minutes of each outage. We can only apologise for this series of short outage but we are actively working on it to resolve.

Crafts Hill equipment failure

There has been a failure on the control card at the Crafts Hill exchange, causing loss of service to customers in this area. Engineers are currently checking the equipment with a view to restoring service ASAP.

SDSL capability restored to Bottisham

Our engineers have this evening completed restoring SDSL capability to the Bottisham exchange. All SDSL customers at this exchange should now have full service restored.

We are currently in the process of restoring SDSL capability to the Bottisham exchange. During this period there will be a short (<30mins) amount of downt ime whilst the equipment is reconfigured.
